C-More

Ethics, Governance and Compliance

We are genuinely committed with ethics and responsibility, in everything we do and impact.

We aim to have high ethical standards governing the way we conduct our business, which also apply to any third party in the execution of their relationships with us, namely suppliers and business partners.

We have a Code of Ethics and Conduct which contains what we deem fundamental (our “DNA”) to being and doing in the world, namely our mission, values and expected behaviours, not only to promote a proper governance, risk management and compliance ecosystem, but also to ensure high productivity, professional and personal excellence, including C-MORE´s core principles and policies guidelines of how we take care of our people.

From C-MORE´s collaborators, not only is expected that they know and implement it within the company, but also that they defend and promote its application by other C-More’s stakeholders, during the course of their relationships with us.

Notwithstanding all the rules and principles stated in the Code of Ethics and Conduct, the ground rule it that all C-MORE´s collaborators have the obligation to comply with, uphold and enforce, including with third parties, the laws and regulations in force, as well as any and all commitments undertaken by C-MORE.

The code also contains the procedures and channels that should be used to monitor and promote compliance, and if necessary, report irregularities, mismanagement, corruption, illegal activity or other wrongdoing.
